My First Craft Show of the Season

This weekend was my first craft show of the season. It went well. :) Here are a few pics of my booth setup. I was between a couple other booths, so all the blue sheets are from the booth next to mine.

I lowered the price on this arrangement to $20 - lots of lookers - I had 4 of them made - but no one bought . . maybe they'll sell at the next show. Who knows.

Decorated Glass Jars

I decided to decorate more glass jars ~ they are great to fill with candy or other fun little things as a quick fun gift for friends. I'm hoping to make up a bunch of them and fill them with things and try seeing how they sell at a craft fair sometime. I simply embellished using cardstock, stickers, yarn, and paint (if needed) on the caps.

This week has been very busy between work and home. Tonight the kids and I are off to a school family fun night . . . folk dancing. Oh my word . . I'm not really enthused about it myself, but will be positive and know it's something Abbie's really been looking forward to, so will make the best of it.

Christmas Craft Show

The Christmas craft show was yesterday and today at my work - a last minute show that was put together. But my goodness, it turned out GREAT! :) I've now got some spending money to get the kids some Christmas presents while shopping tomorrow. I wasn't prepared for it really, but here are a couple of pictures of what I quickly threw together. I made over 35 prim candy canes and they all sold out within a couple of hours both days! The cinnamon bun candles were nearly all sold, all the hand poured votives and my wreaths sold out as well. I also sold a lot of my Christmas hang tags, along with many other items. :)
